It is always possible that you don't like something and want to return it. No problem at Salon For All. You must register your return within 14 working days through info@salonforall.com. You will receive full instructions and return conditions. Please note that the product must be unused, contain all the parts included and be returned in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns made through www.salonforall.nl are always the responsibility of the buyer. You must arrange your own transport with the transport company of your choice. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it for completeness and damage. Once the return has been approved, the amount of the purchase will be refunded to the account number we have on record within 5 working days.

Shipping is completely free on orders over €100. Separate shipping rates apply for shipments to other countries. You can request them or check them in your shopping basket. We always ship by external courier (detachable). You will receive a tracking code for this shipment.

We deliver to your home as standard, even if you live in a multi-family house, apartment building or condominium with a lift (as long as the item fits in it). If there is no lift or the furniture does not fit, we deliver to the ground floor.
